• Children whose heights are 150 cm. but less than 12 years of age are charged with child price.
• Children whose ages are six years of age or younger and sharing the seat with their parents.
• The baggage allowance should not exceed 150 cm, and the total weight should not exceed 20 kg, which you may bring onto the EGG Vehicle without charge.
• The arrival time might not be accurate due to traffic and weather conditions.
• From the first to the last bus stop, the route takes approximately 3–3.5 hours, depending on the traffic and road closures.
• The validity period of each package shall commence when the customer redeems the package at or through the Company’s dedicated channels and will expire in the next 24-hour, 48-hour, or 72-hour period, as the case may be. For example, if the customer redeems the 24-hour package at 15.00 on 1st January 2022, the package will expire at 14.59 on 2nd January 2022. 
• The Company reserves the right to amend or change the designated stops, timetable and service interval without prior notice.
• Tickets are nonrefundable, cannot be cancelled, and there is no amendment to the visit date.
