- Pets are not allowed on the Istanbul Old City Tour.
- The Istanbul Old City Tour Full day starts at 8.30 AM and 5.30 PM.
- The duration of the Istanbul Old City tour will be around 8 hours.
- We recommend you dress up in line with the local customs.
- We recommend you to wear comfortable shoes as there will be a fair amount of walking on uneven surfaces.
- Infants and toddlers between 0-3 years are allowed free of charge.
- Guests above the age of 3 years will be charged as per the adult fare.
- Please note that pick-up and drop-off are only available from the European side of Istanbul and city center hotels (Sultanahmet, Laleli, Topkapı, Aksaray, Taksim, Sirkeci, and Şişli areas).
- Kindly note. Sultans Tombs are closed on all Mondays and will be replaced with a visit to the Little Hagia Sophia Mosque.
- Please note that the Grand Bazaar is closed on Sundays, and you will have additional time to spend at the other locations instead.
- Please note that the Treasury and Harem at Topkapi Palace are not included in the program due to extra entrance fees.
- Please note that it is not suitable for wheelchair users.
