Timing:
- Burj Khalifa is open 24 hours. However, you can select your preferred time slot at the time of booking. Non-Prime Hours are 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM & 6:30 PM - 11:00 PM when prices are a bit less. Sunrise and sunset times are prime hours between 4 pm to 6 pm and the best time to visit.

- Children 3 years old and below are permitted free of charge
- Guests above 3 years will be charged as per the adult fare.
- Entry to Burj Khalifa is from Dubai Mall.
- You are required to book your ticket at least 12 hours in advance if you are selecting transportation.
- Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The entry to Burj Khalifa At The Top is from Dubai Mall. You are required to display your ticket with a Govt. id proof, at the will-call ticket counter on the ground level.
