- Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays, will be replaced with Istanbul Archaeology Museum
- Grand Bazaar is closed on Sundays and will be replaced with Arasta Bazaar
- Blue Mosque is closed on Fridays due to prayers, you will be able to visit from the garden
- No professional equipment is allowed for photography
- The secret treasures of Istanbul timing operate every day, all year round from 8: 00 am (approx.) - 5:00 pm
- The duration of the secret treasures of the Istanbul experience will be 7- 8 hours
- You are advised to wear comfortable clothes, a hat, and shoes
- All guests are allowed to join the secret treasures of the Istanbul experience with children
- Children 0-3 years can join the tour for free
- Children 4-7 years can join with a 50% discount
- Please note, there will roughly be 3 mile walking in Sultanahmet
- Restaurant for lunch will be recommended by your tour guide on the day of the tour (if needed)
- Please note that the tour will begin and end on time
- You are advised to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour time
- Please advise your private tour pick up time at the time of booking
Cancellation Policy
- Your tickets can be cancelled 3 days in advance for a full refund
- Full cancellation applies in the event of a No-Show
- Amendments are upon availability and may require a supplement fee
My Voucher
- Your tickets are valid for the time and date stated
- Your secret treasures of Istanbul tickets will be mailed to you separately, once you’ve made a booking. All you have to do is show the voucher with a Govt ID proof
- Present your voucher at the departure point which is centrally located in Istanbul Hotels (Sisli, Besiktas, Taksim, Sultanahmet, Aksaray). The tour will end at Grand Bazaar
