- The duration of the tour includes both pick-up and drop-off timings as well
- A maximum of 6 guests are allowed in a shared vehicle
- A maximum of 6 guests - only for you/your group are allowed in the private vehicle
- Tour duration is fixed for all tours/activities, but it may vary depending on the city traffic
- The Safari Captain will send a confirmation of the pick-up time a few hours before the tour starts
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your booked time slot. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
