- The maximum capacity per flight is 6 passengers and the upper limit of weight per passenger is 110 Kgs.
- There is no bar for pregnant women to take part in this flight, but it is highly advised to consult your doctor to avoid any inconvenience.
- The only items that can be brought onto the helicopter are cameras, phones, and sunglasses. Leave any bags, hats, and scarves in the complimentary lockers.
- Wheelchair assistance is provided and there shall be assistance to and from the helicopter.
- The Check-in starts 45 minutes before the flight duration and is advised to arrive in advance and provide passenger details for operational purposes. You should also carry your passport or Emirati ID.
