- Showtime is at 8.30 p.m. daily except Tuesdays. The additional show will be announced in advance.
- The theatre doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Late arrival guests are requested to attend the show after break otherwise a suitable seat will be assigned.
- Operating times of show and dinner are subject to change without prior notice.
- Same-day booking processed after 04:00 PM (TH Time) will not be accepted.
- Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited during the show.
- Please deposit your camera and all your recording devices in the deposit room in the reception hall before entering the theatre.
- Please turn off the cell phone. Food and drinks are not allowed in the theatre. No smoking and no pets are allowed in the theatre.
- Children apply to those who are between 100-140 cm. in height (proof may be required)
- Children less than 100 cm. in height can see the show for free of charge, provided that they share a seat with a parent.
- If the Child exceeds 140 cm, the customer must pay the difference fare at the ticket counter.
- All above rates for children apply to ages 4 -12 years and/or less than 145cm in height.
- Free of charge for children under 4 years of age or less than 90 cm in height, without a seat.
