Additional Information
- Pick-up will be between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM, depending on your location. We’ll confirm the exact time closer to your tour.
- Be ready in the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before your pick-up time and let the concierge know you’re waiting for an Arabian Adventures tour or safari.
- If you’re not at the pick-up point at the scheduled time, our team may not be able to reach you.
- Don’t forget to present a valid voucher to your guide upon meeting.
- This experience is not suitable for:
- Pregnant women.
- Guests with medical conditions such as heart, neck, or back problems.
- Children under 2 years are not allowed on dune drives or off-road safaris.
- Children aged 2–4 need special seating and must book a private vehicle.
- Children aged 5 need a child seat but can join a shared vehicle.
- Car seats for children aged 2–5 must be pre-booked by contacting us
- This experience is not wheelchair accessible.
- Alcohol service may be stopped for guests who show signs of intoxication.
- Entertainment and activities are subject to change without prior notice due to local regulations.
- During Ramadan:
- Water will be available onboard, and the tour guide will manage consumption at appropriate locations.
- Guests are not allowed to leave the transport with water bottles in hand during the tour.
