- Passengers, please refrain from taking any alcoholic beverages before or after the paragliding activity, because they can affect your mental state. If found to be in such a state, the activity provider will refrain from allowing you to participate in the activity, and no refunds shall be given.
- Refrain from having heavy meals before the activity.
- Unless you're allowed, you are not permitted to take videos or photos during the paragliding activity.
- No refund will be made if the passenger has taken off and the activity was cancelled due to weather conditions or any other reason attributable to the passenger’s acts or omissions.
- All passengers will be required to sign a waiver of responsibility prior to the flight. If the waiver is not signed, the passenger cannot continue with the activity.
- Timings: The paragliding activity is available everyday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

- One passenger flies with one pilot

- Under 18 needs guardian consent

- Note: Provider not liable for incidents even with medical clearance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No-shows will be considered as cancellations and will not be eligible for a refund.
