- Children (0–3) are admitted free of charge as long as they don't take up separate seats. Children will be billed according to their age, which is between 4 and 10 years old. Children who turn eleven years old will be charged at adult rates and will be treated as adults.
- Sunset River Cruise Check-in Time is from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm at Warehouse 7 Asiatique and
- Cruise Time is from 4:45 pm to 6:30 pm and the cruise will depart from Asiatique and Iconsiam as per the choice.
- Check-in Time for the Sunset River Cruise is from Monday to Friday from 3.30 pm - 4.15 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 3.00 pm to 4.15 pm at the counter on the ground floor of ICON Siam pier #1 (located by the river).
- Cruise Timings for the Meridian River Cruise on weekdays are 5.00 pm - 6:45 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 4.45 pm to 6.30 pm.
- Departure is from Icon Siam Pier 2
- Check-in Time for the dinner river cruise is from 17:30 to 19:30 Hrs. at the counter on the ground floor of ICON Siam Pier #1 (located by the river)
- Cruising Time is 19:45 - 21:45 Hrs.
