Drive through the Oasis of Liwa which will take approximately four hours from Abu Dhabi. With your Liwa Desert Safari - Overnight tickets enjoy the magnificent golden dunes of the Rub Al Khali, the largest area of continuous sand in the country. Marvel around the massive desert and immerse yourself in some wildlife. Spot some exotic animals such as Arabian gazelle, rabbits, and lizards, and do not forget to take as many pictures as you’d like. After an exciting Liwa desert safari experience, prepare yourself for a unique stay in a serene & quiet atmosphere while you stargaze and make the most of the night sky. Restrictions:
- Smoking and alcohol consumption or carrying is not allowed in all vehicles.
- Photography of military and police installations and other government agencies is strictly prohibited.
- Photographing local ladies is not permitted. And before photographing any local residents, kindly ask for their permission.
- The Liwa Desert Safari- Overnight timings are from 01:30 pm (Day 1) – 1:30 pm (Day 2)
- You are advised to wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
- We recommend you to wear warm clothes during the winter period (October to March).
- Children 0-12 years are allowed to participate in this experience (child rates apply).
- Guests above the age of 12 years will be charged as per the adult fare.
- Please note that the Land Cruiser will be on a sharing basis with 6 people accommodated in the car.
- Vegetarian options are available in this experience, so please inform at the time of booking if required.
- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them on board and disembark.
- Please note that children taking part in the safari and excursion will be under parental guidance and responsibility.
- The Liwa Desert Safari-Overnight experience is not recommended for pregnant women, heart complaints, other serious medical conditions, or participants with back problems as it involves off-road driving.
- All tours are subject to availability, so we advise you to book a day in advance.
- Schedules are likely to change during the holy month of Ramadan.
Cancellation Policy
- No refund will be made for entry tickets once it is purchased. However, there is a possibility of cancellation if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
