- Pets are not allowed on the tour.

- The opening hours of Madame Tussauds Dubai is from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Ain Dubai is open from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM every day and on public holidays. The tickets can be used from 12:00-2:00 PM & 8:00 PM.
- You are advised to wear comfortable & respectful clothes.
For Madame Tussauds:
- Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
- Children 12 years or older are classed as an adult.
- Children 3 - 11 years are classed as a child.
- Children under 3 years can enter the attraction for free.
For Ain Dubai:
- Guest of all age groups is welcome with children.
- Children under 16 years should be accompanied by an adult who is 21+.
- Children 3-12 years can visit this attraction.
- Children 0-3 years can enter for free.
- There are no toilets on board inside the cabins at Ain Dubai, but there are ample washroom facilities in the terminal building.
- No valet parking, however, there are several locations at Bluewaters that offer valet parking services.
- Ain Dubai has lifts and ramps that are suitable for use with wheelchairs.

- Your Combo: Madame Tussauds and Ain Dubai Tickets cannot be canceled once booked.

- Your tickets are valid for the date and time stated.
- Your Combo: Madame Tussauds and Ain Dubai Tickets will be mailed to you separately, once you’ve made a booking. All you have to do is show the voucher with a Govt id proof.
Present your voucher at the entrance of the respective attractions.
