- To enter Genting SkyWorlds, you need to link your ticket code to the Genting SkyWorlds app.
- Ticket must be original and valid to gain entrance; any damaged, torn, duplicated, photocopied, or forged tickets won't be accepted.
- The theme park reserves the right to take action against those suspected of obtaining tickets fraudulently or illegally.
- Each ticket is only valid for the specified date and time.
- Scan the QR code on your ticket for entry and re-entry, and register your biometrics if necessary.
- Keep your ticket with you at all times, and be prepared to show it when asked.
- Expect security checks for all your belongings at the entrances and throughout the park.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
- Prohibited items like bottles, firecrackers, lasers, or anything that may disturb others are not permitted.
- Redeeming your voucher involves scanning it at the SkyWorlds Main Entrance, linking it to the Genting SkyWorlds App, and registering your biometrics before entering. Only after linking your admission ticket to the app can you book a virtual queue (VQ) reservation for your visit date. If you haven't downloaded the Genting SkyWorlds app, retain your admission ticket for re-entry.
- Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details upon arrival.
- Fixed-day tickets are only valid for the specified booking date and cannot be used on any other day.
- Child tickets are based on height (above 110 cm) rather than age; children above this height need an adult ticket.
