- Participants must have a height of at least 110cm+ to enter the Manulife Sky Net (Walking & Bouncing) and Discovery Slides.
- It is recommended to wear pants or shorts and comfortable covered shoes.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival and entry.
- Tickets sent are valid for an extended duration and will mention the exact date when they can be used.
- Do note that several attractions do not permit luggage to be brought in with you.
- You may drop off your bags at reception before entering.
- Don't be bogged down by your hand-carry luggage. Your belongings can be kept safely at the left baggage service. Additional charges may apply.
- Visitors aged 0-2 years can join free of cost.
- Child tickets are applicable for visitors aged 3-12 years.
- Children aged 3-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Adult tickets are applicable for visitors aged over 13 years.

How to reach the Jewel Changi Airport?
By Bus: The following bus services will stop at Terminal 1’s basement bus bay: 24, 27, 34, 36, 53, 110, and 858
By Car: Take the route via TPE (Tampines Expressway)from the city center, it will take you approximately 30 minutes to reach the destination.
By Train: Take the Mass Rapid Transport (MRT) to the Changi Airport Station from anywhere in Singapore, as the city is well connected by MRT. You can reach the Jewel Changi Airport from the station by taking a walk of about 10 minutes.
