Entry Policy
- Swimmers must be aged 6 and above. Ages 5-6 are allowed to swim only with a parent’s escort into the pool.
- Take off glasses, jewelry, and hats before entering a pool with dolphins so as not to injure yourself or the dolphin while swimming.
- You will not be allowed to swim with dolphins if you have chronic skin diseases, cardiovascular diseases, STDs, or other conditions.
- A special program will be provided for swimmers weighing over 100 kg.
- Please note that the technical capabilities of lifting a guest with a wheelchair into the hall are up to 80 kg.
