- The pickup time will be between 9:00 am - 9:30 am ann drop off time between 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm

- Children of age groups can join the tour
- Children under 3 years join this experience for free
- Please note that the pickup time for the Dubai City Tour may vary due to hotel location in Dubai (Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Marina, Deira or Bur Dubai hotels). So, you are requested to advise about your location at the time of booking
- The driver will arrive 10 minutes prior to the tour start time & wait for you in the hotel lobby.
- Please note that an additional cost will be applicable for pickups outside city limits
