- Children under 90cm are free of charge, and children with a height of 90cm and over must purchase the ticket at the same price as adults.

- Please present either a mobile or printed voucher for redemption at the Chao Phraya Tourist Boat Counter (Every pier except Asiatique The Riverfront pier)
- Please come to the pier at least 5 minutes before the departure time.
- Booking prior is required less than 1 hour before the use of the service
- Boats depart every 30 minutes from 9 piers, including Sathorn Pier (BTS Saphan Taksin-S6), ICONSIAM Pier, Ratchawongse Pier, Rajinee Pier, Wat Arun Pier, Tha Chang Pier, Tha Maharaj Pier, Prannok Pier, Phra Arthit Pier.
- From Sathorn to Phra Arthit Pier: 09.00 - 19.15 hrs.
- From Phra Arthit to Sathorn Pier: 08.30 - 18.30 hrs.
- Boats extend their routes to Asiatique from 15:30 to 18:30 (from Phra Arthit) or 16:00 to 19:00 (from Sathorn).
