  • ​Children aged 2 and under are admitted free of charge with a paying adult
  • Child tickets (discounted) apply to guests aged 3–13 years
  • Adult tickets apply to guests aged 14 years and above
  • Children under 14 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times

   Restrictions:
  • Last admission is at 3:30 PM - guests arriving after this time will not be admitted
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the sanctuary
  • Scooters, bikes, and skateboards are not permitted inside, prams and wheelchairs are welcome
  • Pets are not permitted, registered service animals are welcome
  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere within the sanctuary
  • Professional photography and filming equipment require prior approval from management
