- Dolmabahce Palace is closed from Monday-Thursdays and will be replaced with Galata Towers
- The Bosphorus cruise & Dolmabahce Palace timings are every day, all year round from 8: 00 am - 5: 00 pm
- The duration of the Bosphorus cruise & Dolmabahce Palace experience will be 7 hours
- You are advised to wear comfortable clothes, a hat, and shoes
- All guests are allowed to join the Bosphorus cruise & Dolmabahce Palace experience with children
- Children 0-3 years can join the tour for free
- Children 4-7 years can join with a 50% discount
- Please note that the tour will begin and end on time
- You are advised to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour time
- Please advise your private tour pick up time at the time of booking
- Vegetarian lunch is available, you are advised to inform the operators at the time of booking

- Your tickets can be cancelled 3 days in advance for a full refund
- Full cancellation applies in the event of a No-Show
- Amendments are upon availability and may require a supplement fee

- Your Bosphorus cruise & Dolmabahce palace tickets will be mailed to you separately, once you’ve made a booking. All you have to do is show the voucher with a Govt id proof
