Visit before noon or after 9 PM. The museum's own team confirms crowds peak between 1 PM and 9 PM, and the difference is significant. The projection zones feel genuinely immersive when you're not navigating around other visitors, and the scent and soundscape experiences are far more effective with space around you. If you're visiting for photos, early morning gives you near-empty zones and the best light conditions for long-exposure shots.
