- The park is closed every Wednesday except for Public Holidays or School Holidays.
- Child rates apply to children between 90cm and 120cm.
- Adult rates apply to individuals with a 120cm & above height.
- Senior citizen rates apply to individuals aged 60 years or above.
- Free park admission applies to children below 90cm in height with a paying adult.
- Guests with Disabilities (OKU): Guests with disability certificates.
- Guest under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above.
- Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed.
- Glass or any sharp or dangerous objects are strictly prohibited.
- No personal surfboards, bodyboards or tubes are permitted.
- Guest is solely responsible for their belongings.
- No refunds for inclement weather.
- Only approved swimwear is allowed. No exposed zipper, buckles or rivets.
- Most rides have height and weight restrictions. Please read all ride restrictions and adhere accordingly.
- Guests with any existing medical health condition,wh, self-imposed physical activity restrictions, or who are overweight for their body type or under “doctor’s care” should not go on any rides or attractions.
- Locker rental is available at your convenience. Please only leave valuables at the right place.
- Fighting and abusive language are strictly not permitted in SplashMania.
- Management reserves the right to stop picture-taking or video recording and confiscate inappropriate materials.
- The Management reserves the right to change the operation hours, close any part of the park, restrict the number of visitors, and cancel or amend any activities without prior notice.
