About Mirador Torre Glòries Skip-the-Line Ticket
Torre Glòries has defined the Barcelona skyline since 2005. Designed by French architect Jean Nouvel and originally known as Torre Agbar, its bullet-shaped form is clad in thousands of coloured aluminium panels and glass louvres that shift colour through the day and light up at night. For years it was offices only. Since 2022 the public can finally go up.
The visit works in three parts. It begins underground, in an interactive museum where projection and state-of-the-art technology sweep you through Barcelona’s history, neighbourhoods and rhythms. It is a surprisingly effective primer, and it sets up what you are about to look at.
Then the lift carries you to the 30th floor, the highest observation point in the city at 125 metres. Because Torre Glòries is circular, the lookout runs continuously around the building with no blind side, which no other viewpoint in Barcelona can offer. From here you trace the Eixample’s grid out to the Sagrada Família, follow the coast past the Mediterranean, and pick out Montjuïc and Tibidabo on the horizon.
The final element, available when selected at checkout, is Cloud Cities Barcelona by Tomás Saraceno. This is a suspended artwork of mirrored spheres and nets inside the tower’s dome that visitors can climb into, so you are quite literally floating above the city inside a work of art.
