- The minimum age to enter without adult supervision is 15 years old.
- Children 7 and under are strictly not allowed to enter.
- The experience may not be suitable for young persons between the ages of 8 - 14, but we have some who enjoyed the experience. They will need to be accompanied by an adult if they are required to participate.
- You shall comply with all instructions as may be given by Hauntu from time to time and observe all signs and warnings displayed at Hauntu Premises.
- Hauntu prohibits the use of drugs and alcohol in the Hauntu Premises and has the right to refuse entry to Hauntu Premises if Hauntu has reason to believe that you are under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
- If customers are late, they will be denied entry.
- Rescheduling to the next session is subject to available slots on the day itself.
- If customers arrive with fewer participants than the purchase amount, no refund will be available.
- Additional players will be charged accordingly.
- Every session is for a minimum of 1-10 players. If you have less than ten players, you are potentially grouped with strangers in the experience.
- The whole experience will be conducted in English.
- The entire experience will take about 60 minutes, including a safety briefing, storyline briefing, gameplay and debriefing after the experience.
- Do arrive 5 minutes early for verification, safety briefing & story briefing. We reserve the right to refuse entry and cancel your booking in case of any late arrival.
- There will be school-sized lockers to keep your belongings. However, we advise you to travel light. The locker keys will be handed to you to hold till the end.
- Conduct which may cause any disturbances to other users of Hauntu Premises or otherwise cause any disturbances to Hauntu in providing services to its customers or potential customers, such as Vandalism, taking down frames and causing damage to game props or hardcopy material;
- Conduct which may cause any harm or injury to anyone or otherwise put yourself or any person in danger, such as violent acts, moving heavy furniture reaching out the ceiling, and
- Smoking, Eating and Drinking inside Hauntu Premises are strictly prohibited.
Cancellation Policy
- The Tickets are Non-Refundable and cannot be cancelled.
