- Alas Harum Operating Hours: Activities are available daily from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
- Age & Health Restrictions: Participants must be between 7 and 70 years old and in good health. Pregnant women, children under 7, and individuals with heart or congenital diseases are strictly prohibited from engaging in extreme activities.
- Swing Regulations: Each ticket includes one-time swing with 15 pushes. Safety gear is mandatory, and insurance coverage is provided.
- Weight & Height Requirements:
- Swing: Minimum 35kg, maximum 150kg (single), and 200kg (couple).
- Bed Swing: Maximum 350kg (4 pax).
- Sky Bike: Minimum 35kg, maximum 90kg (single) and 150kg (couple). Minimum height 165cm.
- Ticket Validity & Reservations: Tickets are valid only for the selected date. Tea time reservations must be made at least three days in advance, with a maximum capacity of 5 guests per day.
