About Ain Dubai Family Pass
Visit the newest and latest attraction in Dubai that continues to attract a phenomenal crowd. Launched last month, Ain Dubai offers you an ideal way to catch Dubai's stunning sunset above Dubai's incredible landmarks. Grab your family pass with day or night slots for a perfect experience and enjoy the most incredible attraction with your family. Enjoy the beautiful unrivaled views of Dubai by day or admire the glitz and glamour of the city illuminated at night. Enjoy access to the air-conditioned, spacious observation cabin and take photos of iconic landmarks such as the Palm, Dubai Marina, and more. Enjoy a full rotation of 38 minutes and witness Dubai with 360-degree views of all the vistas.

Additional Information
Restrictions:
- F&B purchased externally or brought from home is not permitted.
- Suitcases, large travel rucksacks, large boxes, etc. are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Day/night time booking slots are available.
- Ain Dubai is open from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm every day and on public holidays, 12 noon-midnight.
- You can visit Ain Dubai between 12 pm - 4 pm, and 7 pm - 9 pm.
- Each rotation of the wheel takes 38 minutes.
- You are advised to wear comfortable & respectful clothes.
- Children above 12 years must be accompanied by an adult of at least 21 years.
- Children 3 - 12 years can enjoy the experience.
- Children 0-3 years can enter for free.
- The maximum capacity of a standard View Cabin is 40 guests, however, currently, they are operating at reduced capacity due to Covid-19 restrictions.
- There are no toilets on board inside the cabins, but there are ample washroom facilities in the Terminal Building.
- No valet parking, however, there are several locations at Bluewaters that offer valet parking services.
- Ain Dubai has lifts and ramps that are suitable for use with wheelchairs.
- No storage facilities for bags or luggage.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of the experience. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

- Your tickets are valid for the time and date stated
- Your Ain Dubai tickets will be mailed to you separately, once you’ve made a booking. All you have to do is show the voucher with a Govt id proof
- Present your voucher at the Ain Dubai entrance
