- Timings: Motiongate Dubai is open from 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Sunday - Thursday) and 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Friday & Saturday).
- Restrictions: Smoking is strictly prohibited except in designated areas. Outside food and beverages are not allowed, except for infant or dietary foods in non-glass containers. Mats, lawn chairs, folding chairs, glass items, and any potentially harmful objects, including weapons, knives, or chemicals, are prohibited.
- What to Wear: Comfortable and respectful clothing is recommended at all times.
- Eligibility: Children 0 - 3 years can enter for free. Guests above 3 years will be charged as per the adult fare.
- Things to Note: Free parking is available at Dubai Parks and Resorts. All attractions close 30 minutes before park closing time. Wheelchairs and electric mobility are welcomed. Children 13 years and below must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older with a general admission ticket.4o
Cancellation Policy
- Your tickets are non-refundable but are valid for 3 months from the date of booking. You can use your tickets within the validity period.
My Voucher
- Your tickets are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase.
- Your Motiongate Dubai Tickets will be mailed to you separately, once you’ve made a booking. All you have to do is show the voucher with a Govt id proof.
