There are awesome live shows at the Hollywood Theater, including fun hip hop performances that everyone can enjoy. You can explore four different zones themed around DreamWorks Animation and spend hours having a blast. There are also plenty of tasty snacks for you and your kids to relish and munch on and you can also collect cool movie souvenirs and trinkets too!

Insiders' Tips
Arrive at park opening (11:00 AM) and head straight to the Lionsgate zone — John Wick: Open Contract and Capitol Bullet Train build the longest queues by mid-morning. Pick up a daily entertainment schedule at the park entrance or download the Dubai Parks and Resorts app for real-time ride wait times and show schedules. The fully indoor DreamWorks zone is the best retreat during the hottest part of the day (1:00 PM–3:00 PM). Weekdays outside school holidays offer significantly shorter queues across all rides — the park is noticeably quieter on Sunday and Monday mornings.

- Opening Hours: MOTIONGATE™ Dubai is open daily from 11:00 AM. Park closes at 8:00 PM Sunday to Thursday, and 9:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. All rides and attractions close 30 minutes before park closing time. Hours may vary during public holidays and special events — check dubaiparksandresorts.com before your visit.
- Motiongate Dubai Ticket Price: Standard adult tickets start from AED 330 when booked online. Tickets are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase and can be used on any day within that period.
Children's Entry Policy:
- Under 3 years: Free entry (no ticket required)
- Ages 3–10: Child ticket rate applies
- Ages 11 and above: Adult ticket rate applies
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above at all times
Getting There:
- By Metro and Bus: Take the Dubai Metro Red Line to UAE Exchange Station, then transfer to Bus F55 directly to Dubai Parks and Resorts (approximately 25 minutes)
- By Car: Located along Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), Jebel Ali. Free parking available at Dubai Parks and Resorts — follow signs from the main highway
