   Ticket Information:
  • Tickets are valid for 365 days
  • 2 day ticket entry must be completed within 7 days from first visit.
  • Discounted tickets are available for people with an Australian or New Zealand Government-issued Disability Pension (DSP), Seniors (AGE), or Carer (CAR) card.
  • Cards must be shown.
  • Pensioner tickets are also available if you have a valid Australian Government-issued pension, disability, seniors, or veterans card.
  • Companion Card holders are entitled to one free companion ticket per visit

   Time Limits:
  • SkyPoint’s last food orders are taken 45 minutes before closing 
  • Last drinks are taken 30 minutes before closing

   Working Hours:
  • Dreamworld: 10:30AM-4:00PM (Monday-Thursday), 10.30AM-5PM (Friday), 10AM-5PM (Saturday & Sunday)
  • SkyPoint: 7:30AM-8:30 PM (Daily)

   Child Policy:
  • Free entry for children under 3 years.
  • Valid ID proof required
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.

   Restrictions:
  • Outside food and drinks

You can use your ticket on any 2 days within 7 consecutive days after your first use.
Can I visit SkyPoint and Dreamworld on the same day?
Yes, you can visit both attractions on the same day or spread them across two separate days.
Is the skip-to-ride pass valid all year?
No, the bonus skip-to-ride pass is valid only during QLD and NSW school holidays.
Do I need to show ID or any cards?
Yes, for discounted tickets, you must show your valid Australian or New Zealand Government-issued Disability Pension, Seniors, Carer, Pension, or Veterans Card at entry.
Can I buy tickets at the gate?
It’s best to book online in advance to guarantee entry and enjoy offers. Gate prices may be higher, and skip-to-ride passes may not be available.
