- Timings for IMG Worlds of Adventure Dubai are
- Weekdays (Sunday to Wednesday): 11 AM to 7 PM
- Weekends (Thursday to Saturday): 11 AM to 8 PM. During the holy month of Ramadan, the timings will be 3-9 PM and the BV zone will stay open up to 10 PM
- Ain Dubai tickets can be used during off-peak hours from 12-2 pm & 8 PM.
- You are advised to wear comfortable & respectful clothes
- Guest of all age groups are welcome with children to visit both the attractions
- Children under 16 years should be accompanied by an adult who is 21+ at Ain Dubai
- Children 3-12 years can visit Ain Dubai
- Children 0-3 years can enter Ain Dubai for free
- Children below the height of 1.05 m can avail of the free entrance at IMG World of Adventure
- The maximum capacity of a standard View Cabin is 40 guests, however, currently, they are operating on reduced capacity due to Covid-19 restrictions
- There are no toilets on board inside the cabins, but there are ample washroom facilities in the Terminal Building
- No valet parking, however, there are several locations at Bluewaters that offer valet parking services
- Ain Dubai has lifts and ramps that are suitable for use with wheelchairs
- Kindly note that the person of determination (upon presenting the disability card) can avail 50% discount off the retail ticket price. And the helper needs to pay the full ticket price.
Cancellation Policy

- You can use the tickets anytime as this combo ticket is flexible

- Your tickets are valid for the date and time stated
- Your IMG Worlds of Adventure + Ain Dubai Combo Tickets will be mailed to you separately, once you’ve made a booking. All you have to do is show the voucher with a Govt id proof
